Dec 10, 2017 · Question: Q: Windows 10 bootcamp “no bootable device” Dear Apple Community, My MacBook Pro (13-inch, Mid 2012)(with cd-drive) could not boot into the windows partition. What I do normally is that I press the option key while I turn on my mac, and then boot into windows 10.

You can mount the iso file and I believe you should be able to compare with the content on the flash drive. But again I am not sure.0It so happened that I did a win10 install on my MacBook Air just yesterday, and I ran into exactly the same problem of seeing “no bootable partition”, followed by having only two choices at the boot selection screen after power cycle. However, I didn’t do anything special to get it working.0
“No bootable device…” after I resized the OS X Partition (Bootcamp on Mac OS X) You’ve moved or damaged your Windows partition– If you moved the start point of the Windows partition, it will no longer boot. If you’ve damaged the Windows partition, it might no longer boot. These are both possibilities if you’ve been adjusting partitions.
